How we do it
A design problem will often be solved with an unpredictable solution that is uncovered during our design and testing methodology. Our experience and our methodology help keep our work and our ideas fresh and help motivate us to continue perfecting the art of Visual Communications.
A "User-Centered Design" approach
If a design is intended to be looked at, read by or used by a user, then the design should be centered around the needs of the user. Unfortunately, many designs are created without ever involving the user in the design process. GIEGER utilizes a User-Centered Design methodology, which puts the user at center of the design process.
The illustration below depicts the high-level steps we take when performing a typical web design project but most of the steps can be applied to any design project.
